Ecomares est\u00e1 ejecutando el plan de manejo ambiental por obras de infraestructura costera realizadas en el sector de Playetas (PNN Corales del Rosario). Como parte de actividades de mitigaci\u00f3n ambiental, se realiz\u00f3 el rescate y reubicaci\u00f3n de fauna marina bent\u00f3nica, principalmente de corales y otros organismos susceptibles de ser capturados por m\u00e9todos manuales como moluscos, equinodermos, y crust\u00e1ceos ubicados en la zona inmediata a ser intervenida por la obra. Adem\u00e1s de la fauna se realiz\u00f3 la reubicaci\u00f3n de parches de pastos marinos de la especie Thalassia testudinum<\/em>. Las actividades de rescate de biodiversidad marina, han sido acompa\u00f1ados de un programa de monitoreo de los corales y pastos marinos rescatados. Por otro lado, como parte de las actividades de restauraci\u00f3n ambiental, se realiz\u00f3 la instalaci\u00f3n de guarder\u00edas coralinas in situ<\/em> para la cr\u00eda cinco especies (Acropora palmata, A. cervicornis, Orbicella faveolata, Siderastrea siderea, Porites porites<\/em>). Se utiliz\u00f3 el m\u00e9todo de microfragmentaci\u00f3n con sierra circular por primera vez en Colombia para la generaci\u00f3n del material coralino vivo que se utiliz\u00f3 en las guarder\u00edas. El transplante de los corales est\u00e1 planeado a ser realizado entre 2020 y 2021.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
